On the mat around the city...
Each week, Sam leads public classes across New York for some of the city's leading yoga and meditation programs. Sam's group classes offer each student the opportunity to personalize the practice, blending freedom and choice into the structure of the class. Work begins with alignment and breath to structure the body, then follows with longer poses that challenge the mind, ultimately leading to an individually-inspired meditation in motion. Classes range from mild to vigorous depending largely on the choices made by the student along the way. Classes and studios change periodically and the schedule is updated weekly, so check here for the most current information.
