BUILDING A MINDFUL WORKPLACE
Thriving organizations are made of thriving people. And people want to work for organizations that help them thrive--nearly 75% of employees in a recent survey by the Stress Management Society ranked support for mental health and well-being above all other priorities they want their employers to champion. Half of them specifically requested yoga and meditation as tools to meet that need.
I've been designing workplace wellbeing programs centered on yoga and mindfulness for over 15 years, specializing in some of the most demanding and dynamic work environments. Here are some highlights:
Programs like these get results. With the Kripalu Center, I co-developed the RISE program, an evidence-based yoga and mindfulness resilience training that served 5000 people at over 150 organizations. That work was the subject of over two dozen peer-reviewed research articles, which found a 32% reduction in perceived stress, as well as significant and sustaining benefits in resilience, mindfulness, and engagement.
Through a hybrid of in-person, virtual, and on-demand resources, I can work with you and your colleagues to build a wellness program that fits seamlessly into your community culture and the realities of your work day. I have scaled programs from teams of two around a conference table, to networks of two thousand around the globe. Each program session cuts through the hype and the new-age jargon to give you practical tools backed by data that you can take back to make a difference in your day right away.

"Sam's class at the office changes my whole work day. I never miss it--I'll stay late, I'll come in early if I have to, but I will never miss it!" --Andrew
