He received his Master's Degree at Harvard University's A.R.T. Institute.
He has designed and led corporate programs for the United Nations, the National Guard, Rodale Publishing, New York University, Weill-Cornell Medical Center, and firms of all sizes. Sam guided the education of more than 1000 yoga teachers over the last decade, as a director of teacher training programs, and he is currently a frequent guest presenter at training programs nationwide. His private practice in New York specializes in designing personal yoga and meditation programs tailored to individual needs and goals, whether training for an event, recovering from injury, or simply seeking an hour of calm. His clients include veterans, moms-to-be, rockstars, Olympic athletes, newlywed couples and everyone in between.
